Hinkali or khachapuri master class with a Georgian snack table together with the café “Khachapuri”!
During the master class, we will introduce you to Georgian cuisine – khachapuri and hinkali, which we will also teach you how to prepare during the master class.
The format of the master class can be adapted to your preferences: prepare only khinkali or khachapuri, or prepare both dishes.
A meal will be served to the participants of the master class so that they can taste the khachapuri and khinkali they have prepared themselves, as well as other traditional Georgian dishes. Georgian lemonade and/or wine will be served. (These are adjusted depending on seasonal products).
The master class is available in Latvian, English, and Russian.
The minimum number of participants is 5 people, the maximum is 25 people.
Children from the age of 10 can also participate in the master class.

- Products necessary for the master class
- Technical equipment necessary for the master class
- A table set with Georgian dishes and Georgian lemonade or Georgian wine.
Prices:
- 60 euros per person, including Georgian lemonade
- 70 euros per person, including lemonade and selected Georgian wine
